Detailed review of my visit

I purchased a Flexible Entry Ticket online a week before my visit. The website was easy to navigate, and the confirmation email came right away. On arrival, showing my digital ticket was simple, and the staff were friendly and efficient, guiding me through the entry process without any fuss. The exhibition itself was fantastic; the recreated sets like Monica's apartment and Central Perk were incredibly detailed. I particularly enjoyed seeing the original props and costumes. I spent about an hour and a half inside, which felt like enough time to see everything without rushing. The gift shop was well-stocked; I picked up a Central Perk Mug. The overall quality of the experience was high, and it definitely delivered on its promise for Friends fans. No issues with delivery or support, as it was an in-person event.

Good value for a fun day

I was looking for something fun to do that wouldn't break the bank, so I grabbed a Timed Entry Ticket. The price felt fair for what you get, especially compared to other attractions. I appreciated the clear pricing online, and no hidden fees cropped up at checkout. I thought it was worth it for the memories, and I got some cute pics too.

Fun experience, few small issues

My family and I visited with Group Tickets. The sets were really cool, and it was fun to see all the props. The online booking process was smooth enough, and we got our tickets quickly. However, the Central Perk Coffee line was pretty long, which cut into our time a bit. Still, a good overall experience for Friends fans, just wish the cafe was a bit quicker.

Had a good time with friends

Me and a couple of friends went to The FRIENDS Experience last weekend. We got regular Timed Entry Tickets. It was a really fun way to spend an afternoon, lots of cool photo ops. We grabbed some Central Perk Coffee afterward, which was pretty good. The whole thing was just a chill, enjoyable time, nothing too crazy or anything. Would recommend if you like the show.

So much fun, loved every minute!

I finally got to visit The FRIENDS Experience and it was absolutely amazing! Every set was perfect, and I got to sit on the orange couch. I even bought a Yellow Peephole Frame for my door. Definitely shopping here again for more merch. Highly recommend it to all Friends fans!

What's the parking situation like around the Friends Experience? Is there a dedicated lot or is it street parking/garages?

M Matt Rodriguez 1 week ago
It really depends on the city, but generally, expect to pay for a garage nearby. Dedicated parking at the venue itself is pretty rare for these types of attractions in big cities.

I had to find a parking garage a few blocks away when I went to the NYC one. Just factor that into your travel time and cost.

Is the Friends Experience worth it compared to something like The Office Experience? Which one is better for a general sitcom fan?

K Kyle Taylor 1 week ago
That's tough, depends on your preference. If you're a HUGE Friends fan, then yes. But The Office one might have a different vibe. Friends is very photo-op heavy.

I've done both! Friends is super nostalgic and you get to sit on the couch. The Office one felt a bit more immersive with some interactive bits. If you love the sets, Friends is great.

Planning a trip to NYC and want to hit up the Friends Experience. How long does it usually take to go through everything? Trying to figure out my schedule.

I Ian W. 1 month ago
It took us about an hour and a half, maybe two hours tops, especially if you stop for a lot of photos. It's not super huge.

I'd budget around 90 minutes. You don't want to rush through it, especially the Central Perk set and Monica's apartment.

Has anyone used a Fever promo code for the Friends Experience before? Just wondering if they actually work or if there are a bunch of restrictions.

D Daniel Taylor 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I've used one! They usually work fine, but you have to make sure it's for the specific city and date you're looking at. Sometimes they're time-limited too.

They do work, but often they're not stackable with other discounts. So you usually just get one deal, not multiple.

Hey everyone, thinking of taking my sister to the Friends Experience next month for her birthday. Does anyone know if they offer any discounts for students or if there's a promo code floating around?

P Paul Jones 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I used a student discount when I went last year! You usually apply it right at checkout on the Fever site. Just make sure you have your student ID ready.

I think I saw something about a newsletter signup offering a small percentage off too, but definitely check for student discounts first, those are usually the best bet.
